🧠What You’ll Do:
- Conduct in-home sales appointments with qualified leads (we set them for you!)
- Follow our proven, 5-step sales process — no guesswork, just results
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through trust-based selling
- Maintain strong communication and report results promptly
- Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in home improvement or other high-ticket sales
- Track record of $500K+ annual sales preferred
- Strong closer with great listening and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends — where the best opportunities are!
